Please have these supplies ready for the ceremony:
•	Disposable diapers and wipes
•	4 cloth diapers (or burp cloths)
•	1 tube of LMX4 cream. It is best to ask for it before you leave the hospital to come home. It does not require a prescription, but pharmacies do not carry it and will have to special order.
•	4-1 oz. tubes of Vaseline (with or without zinc or aloe; no Neosporin or Triple Antibiotic ointment, please)
•	3"x 3" sterile gauze pads: enough for one per diaper change for 10 days
•	Kipot (Yarmulkas) for the participants (optional); Kipah (Yarmulka) for the baby (optional)
•	Table, minimum size: card table
•	Kiddush cup or wine glass
•	Sacramental Wine Concord Grape and/or Grape Juice
•	Candlesticks and Candles
•	Receiving Blanket non stretchy
•	Chairs for elderly or disabled relatives
